PinChords is a free web-based guitar chord workspace application that allows users to build chord progressions, practice strumming patterns, store lyrics, take quizzes, and save their work. The service is provided by OfficePort.

3. User Accounts

You may create an account using Google sign-in or an email and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use PinChords to violate any laws or regulations, attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems, upload malicious content, or interfere with the operation of the service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create in PinChords, including workspaces, lyrics, notes, and custom patterns. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. We store your content solely to provide the service to you.

6. Intellectual Property

The PinChords name, logo, design, and underlying code are the property of OfficePort. The chord diagrams and strumming pattern data are provided for educational and personal use. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the PinChords application itself without permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

PinChords is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that your data will never be lost. We recommend keeping local copies of important content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OfficePort shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use PinChords, including but not limited to loss of data or loss of profits.

9. Free Service

PinChords is currently offered free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid features in the future, but we will not charge for features that are currently free without giving you advance notice.

10. Termination

You may stop using PinChords at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases, and we may delete your account data after a reasonable period.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of PinChords after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
